Controls Programmer
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Controls Programmer to join our growing team.
This position may be filled at a Controls Programmer I, Controls Programmer II, or Controls Programmer III level, depending on experience, technical ability, and readiness to work independently.
This role is responsible for programming, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Building Automation Systems. The right person for this role is technically curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with control logic and building systems, and interested in helping create reliable and user-friendly BAS solutions for customers.
Our Controls Programmers work closely with project engineers, BAS technicians, supervisors, customers, and other internal team members to support successful project delivery from programming and startup through commissioning and final turnover.
BAS Controls Tecnician
About the Role
We are currently looking for BAS / Controls Technicians in the Southern Maine area to join our growing team.
This position may be filled at a BAS Technician I, BAS Technician II, or BAS Technician III level, depending on experience, technical ability, and readiness to work independently in the field.
This is a hands-on field role supporting the installation, checkout, commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and closeout of HVAC and building automation control systems. The right person for this role is mechanically and technically curious, takes pride in quality work, communicates well with the team and customers, and wants to continue growing in the building automation industry.
Our BAS Technicians work closely with project engineers, programmers, supervisors, subcontractors, and customers to help deliver successful projects from installation through final commissioning and turnover.
